Wicked Wok — Restaurant in Battlefield

One of the best Asian restaurants in Springfield. We eat here regularly and haven't had anything less than fantastic experience every time. Have an allergy? Jimmy (the chef and owner) will do whatever he can to work around your allergy and still deliver a quality product. The staff is always friendly. I've personally witnessed them treating even the grumpiest of customers with the same smile and service as everyone.

You won't find rubber chicken here. Always quality food and great prices!

The food is great. However, the lady that answers the phone and takes your order needs to go to a school that teaches manners towards her customers. We ordered 3 combo meals with egg rolls and crab ragoon and got home and two of the meals didn't have egg rolls or crab. We thought, no problem we will just call up there and tell them. The lady who answers the phone was very rude from the beginning and argued that only one order had a combo and we were wrong. We called a second time to order the two egg rolls and crab and pay to pick it up. However, when she answered and found it was us who called in before she hung up the phone on us. Food is a gamble and customer service has gone to hell. Ever since the owner has started running the whole place by himself. I have been a regular here for years the owners words. But I simply refuse to spend money at a local business who makes you feel unwelcome and a bother to even be there. Occasionally food is still decent but refuse to be treated with disrespect when I am spending my hard earned money at this place of business. Reminds me of the sienfield episode soup Nazi, but the food is not close to good enough to be treated like that. Long time customer gone. Good an customer service no longer what it used...
