Outpost Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Bay City

I'm changing my 5 start rating to a 1. Menu options are now limited, food portions were significantly reduced and prices significantly increased for both food and beverages. Prices are significantly higher than nearby competition. Our party, as well as other guests present, had to wear coats inside during the winter to stay warm and later were sweating inside during the summer. The workers were even wearing coats. The beer was always ice cold with the previous owner, last time we were there it was only slightly chilled. Cameras are up on every corner, which is uncomfortably creepy. Burgers are repetively bloody, no matter the tempt requested. Previous owner supplied phenomenal, locally raised, organic beef. The beef now served doesn't compare. Taco Tuesdays and Fish Fridays are both disappointments to what was served in the past. No comparison at all.

Current owner: this facility is not located in the cities. Making necessary changes would bring costumers back who've given up on supporting this venue. The local competition in the area has this bar/restaurant beat. Due to the plethora of downgrades: many locals refuse to give this venue business- which will continue, unless the issues mentioned are improved. This venue was once a favorite for many locals. As a chief inspector for the Village of Bay City, we called and ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was the worst I have ever had . It was burnt also. We didn’t call back to complain because we had a job to do with the election. I also found out my husband came in for lunch and ordered a beer and two tacos, no one else ordering food and after twenty five minutes and being ignored by the bartender he paid for his bill and left, never getting his lunch. Lisa did an A-MAZING job taking care our our Colorado/ Iowa motorcycle friends as we rolled in for lunch. She took charge, and handled it all by herself with the help of her cooking staff - Service was AWESOME, food was GREAT, and she was seriously, an amazing person to keep it all straight for OVER 40 people rolling in at one time! I would highly recommend going there to enjoy some food, drink, and atmosphere - and don't forget the to get your wing...
