THE WORST BURGERS EVER. THE FRIES WERE FRESH AND HOT. THE BURGERS WERE COLD AND HARD. WE WILL GO TO SONIC FROM NOW ON. We thought we would try a different location and maybe get better food and service. We were wrong. I would not recommend Wards to my enemies. The restaurant was even more nasty than the Laurel location. This place needs to be closed for EVER or you need new management who knows what they are doing. The place was so nasty, the front and back equipment, counter -top and front, cash register, soda area - the machines were rusted, tables and chairs -sticky, walls, windows and the temp gauge on the wall was nasty. My mother and I went towards in Bay Springs Mississippi for breakfast the coffee was cold the food was cold and I had to make about five trips just to get one cup of hot coffee and then the only reason I got hot coffee was because I asked the waitress for hot coffee I told her all these warming pots are cold and she checked and sure enough she verified what I had told her she was an excellent waitress I have no complaints on her but hunny they need some help when it comes to serving food the food would have probably been good if it would have been hot. 10 dollars per person or less for 95% of the menu. Anything you get with chili and cheese on it is very good and very greasy, also ALL the food I've gotten from different locations of this food chain has been fresh and extremely hot. They have a specialty for root beer and call theirs handmade 1 of a kind and yes they are correct it is delicious; also if your eating inside I suggest getting their frosted ice cold mug for their root beer which is a nice retro theme they have. Other special items include nachos which you can get smothered and loaded just like the burgers, hot dogs, French fries and more. Very good fast food joint...
