A Comer Boricua — Restaurant in Bayamón

I placed an order in October 17th for Pasteles,soups and Alcapurias kit. The order was from Texas. They excepted my money. I had to call them over 12 times from Texas. I text, message them and send chats to their site. Each time , when I was lucky to communicate, they would tell me it's on it's way. It is December now and the frozen pasteles and Alcapurias have been in transit now 5 days. They will be in edible when the get here. I can't even imagine a business taking this long If you are ordering from them. Think twice...

So this is my 3rd week ordering meals from here and I have to say the food is amazing.

My husband and I are always working and don’t really have and want to spend the time cooking, so these have been such a convenience for us. Plus, it’s so hard to find good food on the island and we are just blown away at how good these taste.

Primera y ultima vez lamentablemente. Mala comunicación y servicio al cliente. Delivery supuesto a ser a medio día y me lo trajeron casi a las 3 de la tarde y luego de varias llamadas y Me trajeron cosas que no eran como descritas en el website y me faltaron 2 platos y lo reclamé en ese momento para un refund y hasta el sol de hoy no recibí crédito alguno por eso luego de escribir 3 veces mas para pedir el refund y esto fue hacen meses.
