One gem in a new spot in Bayamon. An excellent atmosphere and decor restaurant with marvelous food and outstanding service. Owner and chef Moises were available at all times and took care of our order even with some variance. Diego was our waitress and couldn’t be more friendly, respectful and always checking to our table. But the food is the start of the place: try the fried rice which will surprise your taste and the gnocchi which is a dish on its own with a awesome cheese sauce. My wife had the pesce al cartoccio which was a foil sealed salmon oven backed that was awesome. She ate it all even she’s not a fan of salmon. had a Ribeye seasoned with a house salt combined with species that had a special on the meat that was really really good. Half of our order were to go cause portions are good and nothing will be thrown away. Highly...

Last Saturday, my family and I hit up this spot, and let me tell you, it was a total blast. Paola and another awesome server had our backs the whole time. We snagged a table in no time, and didn't have to wait long for our food to roll out. The appetizers? Killer. And the main dishes? They weren't just delicious – they were very well presented. The kids' pizzas? Absolute perfection, the doug was awesone . Drinks were on point, and the dessert? Mind-blowingly good. We're totally making this place our go-to. Can't...

Primera vez que visitaba. Ordene un mojito sin alcohol de parcha, me llego uno de limón. Sabia a perrier con menta (solo tenia un limoncito no le echaron jugo de limón), el bartender dice que “lo hizo como pudo” que “no estaba seguro como hacerlo.” Se puede recomendar un curso de bartending ya que es bastante sencillo, o una receta de google. O por lo menos que lo quiten de la parte del menu si de verdad no saben trabajarlo. La comida estuvo buena pero debo admitir que esperaba mas. De aperitivo ordenamos un bone marrow, estaba muy bueno pero no se pudo apreciar el sabor del bone marrow ya que lo embarraron de una salsa. También ordenamos unos mejillones de entrada y los encontramos secos. De comida ordenamos un corte de ribeye (lo pedimos medium well y llego well done, nada rosita), pero de sabor estaba riquísimo, y la calidad de la carne muy buena. Ademas, pedimos los bucatini a la carbonara, los encontré muy buenos, un chin salados pero buenos para compartir.

El servicio fue lento, el muchacho pasaba muy pocas veces por la mesa y observamos que se quedaba hablando con clientes por mas de un minuto lo que contribuía que las mesas estuvieran desatendidas. Se tardo más de 8 minutos en buscar una cerveza. Luego de ordenar la comida, volvió a la mesa como a los 10-15 minutos a preguntar qué termino era que deseábamos la carne ya que se le había olvidado que le dijimos medium well. Lo que también me deja pensar que el error del termino quizás fue por parte del mesero y no la cocina ya que se encontraba...
