I would like to report an unsatisfactory experience I had at your Bayamón location in Los Palacios Shopping Center.I placed an order at the drive-thru. I specifically ordered fries with bacon and cheese. After paying and receiving my bag, I immediately checked my food before driving away and noticed I had been given regular fries instead. I informed the worker, and she told me I had not been charged for the upgraded fries. She then asked me to pay the difference and handed me a side of cheese and bacon, rather than the fries with bacon and cheese I had...

Firehouse Puerto Rico—and honestly most fast-food spots on the island—could learn a masterclass in customer service from Chick-fil-A. The employees here show little interest in providing good service, and the removal of the self-serve soda machines was a fatal mistake. There’s now zero incentive to choose this place. At the end of the day, it’s just another forgettable fast-food joint, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it eventually disappears...

Ingredients are fresh, food tastes good. But I got the poorest attention. They began to prepare my order 20 min. after I placed it, although there were only 2 people in the place. They gave me a cold (fridge temperature) soup; when I complained about it, they politely received it back and reheated it. Then it was hot as hell.
