Pollito Chic — Restaurant in Bayamón

I haven’t even tried the food cause I’ve been seated for 50 minutes waiting for the appetizer. Very bad service, the server has only visit the table 2 times and he’s not even aknowledging us. I do not know the status of my order, another server came and the only thing he says is that there are a lot of orders in line. We came to the restaurant at 7pm, only 3 tables where occupied at the time, now the restaurant is full and the tables that came after us are eating and my chicken is nowhere to he found. Went on a Tuesday around 4:30pm it was full of high school kids. The service was not that good, not due to the server (the server was very nice) but he was the only one serving the whole restaurant. I think they should have more employees around that time so the wait is not that long since when you go out to eat is because you are hungry. Pasé manejando por el lugar, nunca lo había visto, y me llamó la atención su logo. Procedo a buscarlo en Google, el menu se ve muy bien.

Llego, Lugar concurrido, decido entrar. Ubico una mesa de 2 vacía. Ando solo, mesero indica que no está la mesa disponible, a pesar de estar limpia y con vajilla además de no indicaba estar reservada.

Procede a ubicarme afuera en la mesa mas retirada de la terraza. Otras mesas afuera estaban ocupadas tambien.

La señora que aparenta ser gerencial, sale a recoger platos, me identifica sentado, ya me había visto en la barra esperando servicio. Aun así, pasaron entre 10-15 minutos, nadie me atendió. Decido pararme e irme. Nunca fui "acknowledged"

Uno trata de apoyar algo local, pero lamentablemente te pueden juzgar por tu apariencia, sin saber que un cliente potencial puede verse de la manera que menos piensan. Una pena... venía a degustar el Truffle Mac & Cheese, pero un lugar sin atencion al cliente, no es un lugar...
