Every time we go to have a capuccino there is one female attendant that refuses to put the sugar before the whip cream. Several times we have gone and if she attends us is the same. If we pour the sugar after the whip cream is added it does not dilute correctly because it stays over the whip cream and she is the only one who entirely refuses to do so. P.D. Today 28apr24 we went though the drive-in. It is so difficult to understand that YOU CANNOT PUT SUGAR OVER THE WHIP CREAM!! LESS IF YOU ARE PICKING UP AND THERE IS NO CAP ON THE CUP! Our truck broke down. We wound up the gas station next door. While my husband decided what to do, i decided to go for a coffee. Wound up buying a guava donut as well....wow!!! It was perfect!! Now having spent more time than anticipated i also bought a turkey sandwich for my husband. He ate while working on the truck. I snuck a taste and was blown away!! It was AWESOME!!!! Not to mention that the staff encountered were all quite friendly. Ive spread the word at work and look foward to returning to get my own turkey sandwich!! Terrible service. I went to buy bread. There must have been maybe four customers before me and yet we had to wait on line for over half an hour just to order the bread. I told who I believe is the manager about the extreme slow service and yet the answer I got was: "well you have to wait" When I was finally called and I order my bread the employee told me they ran out of bread. So after 30 minutes waiting I left without my bread. With no apologies or nothing. I must add... I will NEVER again step a foot in...
