We were looking for a cute brunch spot while vacationing. We found The Perfect Tray and let me just say, it was the perfect brunch! The coffee was some of the best coffee I’ve had in a while. My whole table ordered two lattes and I was with a group who aren’t big coffee drinkers so that says a lot. They also have oatmilk and almond milk for dietary restrictions. The owner, Enrique let us know it was coffee harvested from a local place here in Puerto Rico. I also ordered a spinach omelette. The omelette was fresh and satisfying. While we waited for the food, we played uno as they had board and card games to play. I wish we were here longer to come back. Come check out this family owned restaurant and order yourself a cafecito, you won’t regret it!

We were staying in Bayamon for our vacation and looking for a breakfast place in the area. My daughter found this looking around on her iPad and we are so glad she did! The service was fantastic. We felt welcomed right away and they took great care of us. All dishes we ordered were cooked fresh and tasted amazing. My partner and I split the omelette. The flavors of all the meat really shine through with the omelette. The kids each had the waffle and french toast. There was plenty of french toast with the adult portion. I tried the waffles and the french toast. Both were so delicious and satisfying. We were so happy with this breakfast and will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Puerto Rico

We went by a TikTok recommendation. The service was good, the restaurant is pretty small, but super cute. The food took a roughly 32 minutes to come out after ordering, and our “appetizer” didn’t come out until we had our main courses on the table so we didn’t end up eating it, the restaurant was not busy at the time, but it was good. Our coffee drinks were great and the portions were big!! I’d recommend if you’re looking for a brunch spot in the area. Prices are a tad on the higher end but I’m guessing average for the area. Food was good, menu had quite a few things on it. Overall good experience.
