Tu Pan Bakery — Restaurant in Bayamón

Student from the nearby UPR campus. This is certainly one of my favorite spots to go to with friends for lunch or even dinner. These guys make SO MUCH different food and best of all, it’s all great! You can be sure you’ll find something to suit appetite every time. My only complaints are:

Parking can be tough sometimes. There’s also not much seating available. I often just order and head back to college and eat it there.

Orders can take a while to come out on some occasions. Have had to wait 30+ minutes at times.

They’ve gotten at least 3 orders wrong in the last few weeks that I’ve been there. We kept asking for no salad on a sandwich or wrap and they’ve made them with salad on multiple times even though we explicitly asked...

My uncle lives nearby and recommended this bakery to us. Man am I glad I asked his recommendation. Their pastries especially quesitos and pastelillos de guayaba. The soft bread (pan sobao) is the best I've had in Puerto Rico. The staff is super friendly and courteous I will definitely visit here again when I'm back...

I liked the food they gave us ordered by phone (carne frita, mofongo, the grouper, the soup and chicken) Good customer service. Atmosfere not so good. Management needs to invest more in those stores Irlanda Heights one and Lomas Verdes, both in Bayamon, PR. Other than that, it is a good place...
