Waited in line with one party ahead of me for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. Was Not that busy on a Sunday. Definitely could use some improvement on cleanliness in the dining area. I left without ordering as my acknowledgment of the sign saying go to a taco truck if waiting in line is too long due to meat and sides taking over 24 hours to prepare. I’d understand if they were busy but I probably don’t understand what busy really means in this kind of establishment.

*In response to your response, there was no family in front of me who couldn't decide, so that definitely was not the issue; that family also had been waiting as I walked in and took my place in the wait line. They actually ordered pretty quickly once an order was taken for them which then I proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes with no order taken. And in fact, the family behind me, even asked if my order had been taken and was also a little irritated. If you're implying that I was the negative customer, seems like there was more than myself who was not happy that day; however, I did not say anything at all to anyone, I simply left. I did not speak negatively of your business, just reviewed the time it took to get food or not and made a comment in regard to your sign explaining wait times and why. Thank you for the job offer, and if I lived closer, I would probably take you up on that, however, right now a commute for a minimum wage job is not beneficial for either of us. Thank you kindly for taking the time to clarify your staffing issues. I hope my stepping out of the line to find somewhere else to eat alleviated some of the work that needed to be done that day....

Love their food....when I can ever get what I've ordered and paid for. Tired of paying for food I don't actually get. I'm done. For the last time, I'm done with getting home just to find I dont have the food I paid for- I suppose you could do better if you go for in dining service- So, I wouldn't recommend their drive thru. And if you do, feel free to hold up the line to make sure you've got your whole order. Chances are they will always forget something.

And again.... I ordered something on their menu, waited almost 20min to get something I didnt order. So, always confirm the whole order. The manager tries to do his best. Just, when you order, ask for specifics. I ordered ,on the menu, a double chicken quarter leg. Paid for it. Waited 20 min for it, then was delivered one dry chicken breast. A meal that was meant for two, I ended up giving it back . And went to BSB for a better dinner ....at least they...

Absolutely worth the stop! We randomly stopped in after a 7-hour drive and this turned out to be the best meal of our entire trip. We got the pulled pork sandwich, brisket taco, coleslaw, mac and cheese, and fries — everything was incredible. The meat was super tender and juicy, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. The mac and cheese and coleslaw were both delicious, and the fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right.

Even though it’s an order-at-the-counter setup, the service was excellent and super friendly. The whole place had a great vibe — relaxed, welcoming, and just what we needed after a long day on the road. If you’re anywhere near the area, definitely check this spot out. You...
