McDonald's — Restaurant in Bayou La Batre

Stopped by this morning to have a quick breakfast. However what my family got was a quick attitude because our order size exceeded the staffs liking. I was asked to pause my order because there were only 2 people on shift. So since my order was complete according to the woman in the driver thru she hastly asked me to pull forward. She then proceeded to give attitude when i handed her our money. She then walked away cussing loudly due to the order size. She returned with my change and made a glass of tea that i had requested with our order. She then shoved it out the drive thru and gritting her teeth said here is your tea. Then she walked away loudly hollaring at her coworker F this and S on this amd that. She returned minitues later with our food and almost threw it into my car and said here take this. I asked my wife to check the order. Of course naturally in her haste she shorted the order. I pulled around because by this time i wasnt the only person in line. So as to not delay them in getting their food i pulled back behind them at the window. When the car in front of me pulled away i pulled up. She immediately became irritated. She asked what did we want. I explained to her 2 times were missing. She walked back and cussed her coworker out for not having put the 2 items in the bag. She then returns with the bag and 2 items and almost ripped the back in half shoving them...

Horrible service took over 30 minutes to get my food and rude employees and the staff was not very helpful at all the fries were soggy and cold and not salted the burgers was not fresh or warm the lobby wasn’t very clean and the floor wasn’t cleaned and it wasn’t even a good feeling environment i heard employees in the back being loud and I seen a woman playing around like a child and i also saw a employee eating food like without any gloves on and I had spoke with a blonde manager who was extremely rude and very unprofessional and I asked for my food to be remade and everything fresh and she got a attitude and walked away and I spoke with the general manager lady she was very unprofessional and she was rude and very argumentative with me about the food already being fresh but it wasn’t if it was fresh than why did it take over 30 minutes to be cold and not very fresh tasting I asked about my food being remade and she had a rude attitude and walked away I heard her mumbling under her breath would not recommend this place what so ever horrible customer service and...

This was the WORST experience we have ever had eating somewhere. We placed an order for 2 big macs, 2 cheeseburgers and 20 chicken nuggets at the drive thru. We were asked to pull around and park in front of the doors on the other side. After waiting around 10 minutes, a very nice young worker comes and asks what we ordered. We wait a while longer, guessing 10-15 minutes more and he comes back out and ask for our receipt. We hand it to him and he takes it inside. We wait another 30 minutes and my husband goes inside to check to see what is going on. The nice young man was trying to fill our order but managers kept snatching pieces that were supposed to go in our bag. Not 1 manager came up to apologize or explain or even help this employee correct the issue. We got home and my husband had to throw away his big Mac the box was wet and the burger was soggy and the fries looked liked they dropped them in the mop bucket they were so greesy. They weren't busy and I've worked in fast food, so I understand things happen but this place needs a warning...
