Freezetopia — Restaurant in Baytown

Just found out about this place TODAY as I was wanting orange leaf froyo and I found out they were closed down. Luckily this place is right around the corner from me and I needed to fix my sweet tooth craving. When I walked in, place was bright and they have their menu on the wall so everything is easy to see with pictures and names. They had so many choices from banana split, paletas, even Michelada with topo Chico. Pepino con tajin and chamoy, crazy gummies, nachos, hot Cheetos with cheese sauce, esquites and raspas. Since I wanted something sweet, I got the cookie sandwich. It was good. They only offer vanilla strawberry and chocolate ice cream and cookies and cream so I got cookies and cream and I added rainbow sprinkles. It reminded me of something I would get at baked bear. My boyfriend got the Dubai chocolate strawberries.

Taste wise-everything was just ok. It satisfies your craving when you’re craving it. The ice cream tasted a little watery so I could tell it wasn’t bluebell like they advertised in their menu. The dubai chocolate strawberries were not that great. There wasn’t much Dubai pistachio cream and hardly any Kataifi. It was more just chocolate covered strawberries and the chocolate part tasted like the duvalin chocolate part in the duvalin candy. The strawberries were the only part that was good but even the strawberries tasted a bit tart at times.

Witnessed 3 employees be very diminishing to an older lady that walked in with 2 of her grandkids today. The lady ordered 2 snow cones for the kids and pre-paid for them. It was about 4 other groups that came in after and they all got their orders before this lady, ate, and left.

The lady then asked if she could get the snowcones she ordered and the employees told her they forgot her order. They went to the back and the lady and her grandkids continued to wait. About another 15 minutes pass by and the employees came out with one snow cone and it wasn’t even what they ordered. When the lady finally got frustrated with their service the employees proceeded to talk about the customer amongst themselves as if the customer was in the wrong. The lady and the two little kids ended up leaving without the kids snow cones and the employees continued to carelessly talk about this lady after she waited over 30 minutes for them to receive what they had...

I’ve tried a new agua every time I’ve gone and so far have not been disappointed. Everything has been outstanding! We’ve had the Agua de Guayaba, Sandia, Horchata, Tamarindo, Jamaica, Mango and Melon and every single one has been delicious and made FRESH. Yes Fresh, each and every single one. The Manzana Loca is amazing as well! And my Kids have enjoyed the rainbow snowcones! They even have sugar free flavors. I really hope this place continues to be consistent with their amazing service...
