We ordered the #2 Smokey bbq bacon burger with Parmesan fries. The 3 piece tenders meal with regular fries. And the funnel cake fries.

The burger was ok but the bacon was very chewy and half done and it came smooshed. The tenders are ok but nothing special, just regular fast food tenders. The ranch dipping sauce tasted weird like a yogurt version. The Parmesan fries are so salty, I couldn’t eat them. The funnel cake fries are very chewy. The tea is only gold peak fountain drink tea, no fresh brewed tea. Nothing special or that you will crave or come back for.

The fence around the place makes it so hard to drive around and through the drive thru. The order window has to cross the drive through and the fence makes it hard to see someone going by. There is not hardly any parking if you do want to...

First time having Checkers. This was a grand opening with local rappers Slim Thug and Lil KeKe. The food wasn't good. The burger meat didn't have much flavor, and the texture didn't seem like it was beef. It was also a little cold. Maybe it was vegan 🤔. The fries were hot, a little too salty for my taste. The fries are batter seasoned, and there is no need for extra salt. The service was good. Polite, friendly, and speedy. It seemed like that was the best part about my first time at Checkers. The black cashier with her hair in a bun was very rude, her tone was not friendly and she always kept giving me the side eye while waitng for my food which took 8 minutes for a burger, fries, and chicken bites. IT WAS NOT WORTH THE WAIT. Chicken bites were stale and chewy, it felt like they've been sitting out for a while, fries where very orange and tasted like old oil.
