We are from Louisiana and traveled to beaumont tx. Just to get out of the house and do something different . Stumbled upon this little bbq trailer called ALL THESMOKE BBQ . Decided to go check it out and glad we did . Very good bbq . I had the chopped beef sandwich . And my daughter had The bbq brisket plate . Both were awesome .
