Angkor Donuts & Kolaches — Restaurant in Beaumont

I’ve been here multiple times and usually order the same thing and I’ve never had an issue, but today was different. I ordered a simple sausage and cheese kolache. Upon eating the kolache, there was no cheese present. I went inside to ask for a replacement. I broke the kolache to show the worker that there was no cheese present. She then grabbed the kolache from me and broke it down to the very bottom. There was a drop of cheese inside the sausage at the very bottom of the kolache. I asked her for a replacement since there was no cheese throughout the kolache and she had now touched my food with her bare hands that she is using to handle money and other things behind the counter. She refused to replace my order, stated “I’m just going to give you your money back,” and began initiating a refund. I asked her if I could order another one with the refund the gave me (that I did not ask for). She told me that I could not order another one since I complained that the first kolache did not have cheese in it. I told her I’m not complaining, I’m just asking for a replacement. The male worker stated “well you said that one didn’t have cheese in it, so all of them will be the same way.” I’ve never been somewhere that refused to replace an order that wasn’t prepared correctly. Not sure if this was a bad day for them because I’ve never been treated...

Excellent service with a awesome variety of items to choose from. Regular and glazed donuts, Regular twist also chocolate and cinnamon, Breakfast items such as a Donut breakfast sandwich, a variety of kolaches , Muffins, Bearclaws just to name a few of the items offered. A cooler full of a variety of cold drinks to choose from such as Ice coffee, orange juice and sodas. The other choices are Coffee, Smoothies etc. I HIGHLY recommend The Angkor Donuts & Kolach located in the Silos shopping center on the corner of Tram Rd. and Hwy 69...

This is my first time, the folks that run it are friendly, very nice, helpful. I had a burger with fries, hands down best burger & fries I had & I eat the 2 regular basis. The man gave me a warm glazed donut with my order, best glazed donut ever! I also had some mini pigs in a blanket, they also have a variety of mini Bourdain, jalapeño cheese kolachies.
