Dooley's BBQ & Grill — Restaurant in Beaumont

Visited here last week July 6th, 2021 I got here about 30 minutes before closing time so I didn't get to try certain things on the menu like the dirty rice but I ended up ordering a rib plate with 2 sides of green beans and a half sweet tea half lemonade. The green beans were deliciously seasoned with a bit of spice. They had potatoes and some type of smoked meat in them along with onions and bell peppers. These were not your regular straight out the can no touch up green beans. The ribs were very tender and full of flavor. They were just a bit too salty for my liking but not too the point that I couldn't finish them. The has a nice sauce that compliments their meat but doesn't over power it. The only thing I'd have to say is that I wish they gave at least 2 pieces of bread for the riv plate. The portion size was an adequate amount. I forced myself to finish what I did. The Arnold Palmer (half tea, half lemonade) was very refreshing and went well with my meal. It had just the right amount of sweetness. The service was very nice and they were very friendly especially the wife (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) she made me feel welcomed and right at home. Bought sliced sandwiches but was a little disappointed ! They tasted fair but they were a little dry ! I don't mind paying for food but at least give me 8 dollars worth of sliced brisket ! Maybe you will improve a business gets better ! I come from central Texas around Austin an Lockhart so I know what great smoked brisket and sausage should taste like . I like mine with some of the fat left on it or as we call them moist brisket! !...

Best ribs I've ever had in my life! You don't even need BBQ sauce... They melt in your mouth too... Ordering less than a 1/2 slab is just a crime... You have to try this place, don't hesitate... We ordered BBQ for an event, and it was a smash hit! Everyone loved it and wanted Dooley's contact...
