If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!

Absolutely terrible experience!! From out of town and apparently the picnic tables are not for customer use. We parked near the other 4-5 parked cars because there was no signage telling us that we must go through the drive thru (it appeared to have a front window we could walk up to.)

Once we realized it was drive thru only, I got out of my car and waited in line. It was crazy busy so my intentions were to wait our turn in line and wave my sister and other vehicle that was with us in to the spot that I was waiting in.

An employee came out to take orders in which I told her that the two parked vehicles ahead would have the orders. Again we are not from around here! The woman who brought out the orders had her head waving in order to match her nasty, short attitude! She assumed we were from around here and made it known that next time we were to stay in line. Thanks for letting us know that with signs considering they have two picnic tables.

We went ahead and sat at the table to let our kids eat and apparently being two feet AWAY from one of their parked cars was too close because they must have seen us in their camera and set off their car alarm from their key fob!

It was by far the worst customer service I have ever had from a small business. Please note that our bill was $37 in which we ordered multiple snow cones for our order. I would think that a $37 snow cone order would have been enough to warrant a smile and...

Despite them being stingy with their juice, even when you pay and ask for extra juice, they're a win!

UPDATE: My family and I went there and a young girl/lady came to our car. We weren't quite at the window yet. She took our order and we paid for extra juice for both snow cones. When we got to the window, and received our snowcones, I could clearly see white in the middle. We keep a stra when we go there because they don't provide one. Put the straw in, suck up air. There was absolutely no extra juice! When I told her, the girl at the window is the same one who took our order. When I asked her for extra juice, she rolled her eyes told the girl in the back, who then asked me to pay another 50¢. I never even received the extra juice the first 50¢ extra! I told her to knock the top off the 2nd medium snowcones. Not only did they DID NOT knock the top off, they tried to be funny and over fill it with juice waisting all on my car door and hand, not even offering a paper towels. It's hot or miss with the service here. I know they are young, but D and D snowcones are just as good and down the street and they take SNAP too! These young ladies with their consistent attitudes behind what is customers pay for will make Mabel's loose business. I remember the line use to be wrapped around the tracks ALL THE TIME. I gave 3 stars because my husband's brownie dish was great.. I ordered a mangonada, like I usually do, pointed to the picture on the menu, with the the mango and frozen sorbet.. What I got was sliced mango, with chamoy and tajin in a styrofoam container. That was it.. I mentioned that, that's not what I ordered and the other lady came to the window and said," what seems to be the problem". I explained and she said this is what you ordered because I heard you.. And pointed to the signed and said no refunds. I said but I don't want it.. We can't take it back she said.. So I left it on their counter and drove off. And mind you, I was not rude..
