McDonald's — Restaurant in Beaumont

First time being in Houston first off when I walk into the store or up to the store to go in it had homeless people standing all in front of the store no problem cool with that normal walked in the store fries on the floor trash all over the floor.. Just Nasty.. But it was a rush hour ig I had waited 30 minutes before my order got taken had people standing all in the lobby still waiting to order an doordash orders that wasn't completed yet Still gave the benefit of the doubt the young guy that was at the register was doing his best that he could I do not remember his name but I did see his frustration on his face but he's ok still working still moving still taking orders and still getting food out.. By the time he got to me to take my order I have a coupon code from the app He understood what I was doing or what I wanted to be done to my burger Order was taken and receipt was given I step back to wait on my food As time go on it was a while before I received my food but it's okay at this point I'm upset but I'm starving ‼️ Get my food check it and leave I get in my car take a bite of my Burger which I didn't pay attention to at the time but when I got to my room I took another bite that's when I noticed that my meat wasn't cooked all the way it was still red‼️ I called the store back don't remember her name but she hung up on me, so I called back again she answers the phone and I completely tell her what was going on with my food so she tells me oh I wasn't here I don't know what you're talking about so I said you can get the manager he remember me which his name was Larry I told him what was going on with my food and he told me what he could do which was refunded are we make it I wasn't driving from one side of Houston to the other side so I waited till the next day and went in and got my burger together I thought Upon entering again different people but this time the young gentleman that was there which I still didn't get his name but he had on a manager shirt he was moving grooving getting orders out on time nobody waiting for food Got my burger this time I checked it before I left the store and it was also red in the middle So I said if you don't mind can I speak to you and he came and he said oh no I will tell them well done At this point I'm thinking everybody that got food their burgers wouldn't cook not my problem I'm worried that my food will be cooked correctly being that it's the second time for this same double quarter pounder no onion no mustard no salt. Got the burger again and it was cooked thoroughly Moral to the story is being that this is a fast food chain let's make sure people food is correctly it has to be done better But for me I will not go back to...

The service at this McDonalds is horrible. I have come here several times and its always the same. The person is never at the register in the drive thru area so when I drove off to the 2nd window the manager was rude because I did not pay at the first window. Well I waited at that window in line for about ten minutes and when the line finally moved I was driving off and the girl asked me to come back but I couldnt because the cars behind me moved forward. The manager just had an overall bad attitude. Not just her. several times I have been given bad attitudes here by the ladies in the windows. and I am not a mean person at all let alone rude. I asked nicely for some ketchup because they didnt put any in my bag and the woman rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath as she was closing the window. I will not come back here ever. Dont waste your time...

So I went there last Friday (10/6/17) between 9pm and 10pm. This is the worst service I receive in years. I was on the far end drive thru speaker and the young lady told me to hold on, but the cars in the first lane order was getting placed. I wait for 10 minutes, because my son really wanted some McDonald's. After I seen several cars order and drive up I processed to go inside to see what's going on. Went up to the counter and the manager told me to hold on for one second.
