Really disappointed, It was our 1st time trying this place we are from a city that eats snowballs daily because of the heat. My wife ordered a large Pina colada, and I ordered a large sugar free strawberry. What we received was purely not worth 5 dollars, I ordered strawberry and my ice was pink not red but pink because she poured so little juice on top, and my wife had the same issue, no big deal right just like at a restaurant when they did not put hardly and condiments you ask politely and have it fixed, no not hear we said mam we just spent 10 dollars on 2 undersized snowballs ball cups the least yall can do is make the snowball correctly, the young lady at the window immediately turned into some kind of cuaciasion gangster and said well if you want more syrup we need more money, and my wife could not even believe she said that because she could not pull one sip of juice off the bottom neither did I we had 1 bite, all of this took place before we drove off. And then the manager took over for the terrible customer service employee, I asked for a refund because even the manager failed to accomplish a easy task. It's so sad, the level of difficulty to make a snowball is almost effortless, and they confuse that with the amount of respect you should put into when making it, wasn't asking ror a river of syrup, that would me a slushy, sonic would have been just fine, no we wanted a regular snowball that taste like the flavor we chose and not the water they chose for the ice..... I'll never return and will talk badly with word of mouth from this day on, sad because I almost...

I've been a fairly regular patron and I absolutely love this place the last 3 years I've lived in the area (so much that I've been through their entire list of flavors). However, on one of my very last times to be able to go to quenchies (since I'm moving away from the area), I was severely disappointed with my experience! I have never tried their sugar free flavors before and had a free medium snow cone for having done the punch card (buy 10, get a medium free).

So I decided to try the SF Piña Colada and after 5 or 6 bites of the snow cone, I couldn't do it anymore. The consistently was like eating compacted mush and I've never had that with any of the regular flavors. It was NOT enjoyable whatsoever so I brought my snow cone up to the counter and asked if there was a way I could get a regular Piña Colada because I've never gotten the sugar-free kind before and the texture was just so off that I couldn't get past a few bites.

They told me they could get me another one but that I'd have to pay for it. Maybe I'm wrong but it was free to begin with and it's ICE!! It costs what? Maybe 50 cents for the cup, if that?! I was just so disappointed that I barely ate any and wasted my last free snow cone on something I didn't even eat. I would've even been fine with a small replacement instead of a medium. Honestly I was just trying to see if I liked the "healthier option" but now I know I guess.

Ended up buying a small regular flavor because like I said, last time to visit and I wanted to at least try to enjoy it. The whole thing left a sour taste...

Sunday 5/8/2022 - My husband and I decided to take the grandchildren to get a snowcone. We rushed to get everyone in the car and buckled up, as we know they close at 7:00. We arrived at 6:40 to find a line of 7 cars in front of us but thought no problem as they would surely serve all the cars in line before closing. As we sat waiting another 3 or 4 cars pulled up behind us. The first car got their order and pulled away, the same with the next car. The line was slow moving, but we didn’t mind waiting as the children were excited to get a snowcone. When the next car pulled up to the window, they just looked and left. Same with the following cars in line. When we got up to the window, we saw why they had all left. The shade was pulled down and they were closed. I can’t imagine that they have so much business that they can turn away customers that were in line before the closing time. I found it hard to believe. What would they have done if we had all been inside? I guess at 7 o’clock they would’ve asked us to leave and lock the door. Sorry way to...

When you walk in the sweet smell of snow cones 🍧 hit you like cotton balls! There are about 4-5 sweet and friendly young ladies who greet you upon entering. If you have young kids and don’t want to be hit up for EVERYTHING, I recommend the drive through lol. I got the Dill Pickle and my son the lemon lime snow cones! The ice is the finest I have EVER had! Not one lump! Not a one! They have popcorn and ice creams and TONS of candies! For us older folks just admiring all the things on the walls was lovely. We will definitely be back!

They definitely put enough syrup to last until you finish the ice, and they top each one with a yummy gummy bear. Employees are very friendly. The one on the left is a medium, one on the right is a small. The small is maybe even a bit much for me. I think the sign said they were 12 oz & 16 oz. Well worth the visit in my opinion.
