UPDATE: NOVEMBER 8, 2023 WATCH YOUR RECEIPT! I paid with debit card and did NOT authorize anything to be taken other than the price quoted and shown on receipt! As you can see in the picture, the "change" was nearly $1! Who did it go to, because it certainly was NOT ME! By definition, that is THEFT! I am a full- time student but I ALWAYS manage to tip and would have been glad to do so, but because of the presentation of the food, I declined and now, I am glad that I did because obviously they were going to steal it anyway! I will NOT be visiting this particular Sonic again! By the way... ALL FIVE CHILI CHEESE DOGS WERE JUST AS NASTY LOOKING AS THE ONE IN THE PHOTO and it was probably because they stuffed all five into 1 small sized brown bag! I hope the owner sees this! 🤬 Missed the mark on today and whhhyyyy does the lemonade always taste like old lemons? Also, this is the ONLY sonic where I can order a drink without ice and it tastes as hot as Lucifer...

After parking at the handicap stall to order, I pushed the call button to place my order. After 3 or 4 minutes I noticed the flashing red light went off. I pushed it again to place my order. The same thing happened. During this whole time I noticed only 1 car hop servicing 3 other customers. I waited another 3 or 4 minutes and moved to another stall. This stall had a sign reading " out of order". So we moved to the drive through. After pulling up to place my order I waited another 2 to 3 minutes. Never got a response! Now I know why so many Sonics are closing. This 11th Street location is next! Lol Another one bites the dust! PS This review is for the 11th Street location. After the ordeal at 11th Street, we Drove over to the 23rd Street location. Once we arrived our order was quickly taken, prepared and brought to us by a very friendly car hop. Giving 2 stars only because service in the morning/afternoon is good. Service at night is absolutely horrible. Went 2 nights ago to get food for me and my kids, only a few cars there, waited 20 minutes didn't get my food. One of the workers brought out food to the car next to me and then hung out with that person and had what appeared to be a great conversation. Still no food for me. Luckily I hadn't paid yet, I left. Went tonight to get some ice cream. Ordered a blast and 2 slushes. After 15 minutes the cars next to me got their orders of actual food that they ordered after me. One of the workers came out to ask other cars if they got their food yet, looked directly at me as I tried to get her attention and kept walking. I was able to flag down another girl and she went to check on my order, after another 10 minutes I finally received my order....
