Subway — Restaurant in Beaumont

Horrible service today, but typically this location is pretty good. (09/14/22 2:30pm if any managers are paying attention). Waited over 20 minutes in a line of 4 persons, which is fine. What's not fine is making me wait another 10 minutes while the little Hispanic girl made several sandwiches FOR THE LADY BEHIND ME at the same time she made mine! Any idea how infuriating that is when you're starving and in a hurry? And get this, THERE WERE NO OTHER PEOPLE BEHING HER! So no reason to run customers together with sandwich building. Once the line cleared, it was just myself and the lady behind me who had just walked in when it was finally my turn. Why in the world then would you run our sandwich builds together and make me wait EVEN LONGER than I already had??? It just made absolutely no sense even to the point of feeling INTENTIONALLY RUDE AND INSENSITIVE. The lady behind me actually became visibly embarrassed with the situation realizing the employee was making me wait while she built several sandwiches for her at the same time. Wierdness. I might give this location a rest after this. That was some haneous non-sensical service I don't ever...

The customer service at this subway was unacceptable. Me my wife and my daughter walked in, the guy behind the counter yells something to the back, and proceeds to continue what he is doing. We waited about 3 minutes he than talks about clocking out, as we are standing right there. A second lady walks out and is putting on her gloves (very slowly) she is continuing her conversation with a third lady behind the wall, they are talking about a different female employee. At this point the male walks out says he'll be back in thirty minutes, walk within inches of my wife with out saying anything, not even an excuse me. The lady's continue their conversations about a 4th employee, while still putting on gloves. We walk out, we were in the store for about 5 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged our existences, we were the only people in the store with three employees. I walked back in to express my frustrations, one lady said but I was putting on gloves... I said you need to acknowledge our presence, say you'll be with us in just a moment.

Very rude Customer service! Not one of the three employees acknowledged us...

This place always have employees nice friendly, fresh food with all vegetables available, until today on April 02,2023 afternoon around 2:30 cross a horrible lady who claims she is the manager of this store. First She yelled at the co worker( Asian male employee who was actually very nice and friendly to customers) with no reason. She could use that yelling time preparing pickles and olives and other missing vegetables . Second she was busy chatting with a lady ( not even her customer) about life style instead of focus on serving her current customer food and ignoring 2 other more customers waiting for serve. Then she refused customer’s coupon that hand over to her, charged full amount from customer linked phone bank without asking. Then she called boss telling a totally different story, successful made other customer left ( because other customer told her stop lying and please do your job right) .she just ruined every customers in the store and her coworkers day. She definitely does not belong there. Doesn’t fit that nice...
