If I could give you a zero I sure would. How this location gets business really baffles me. The couple that owns this establishment should be counting their blessings that they are 1 of the 2 ice cream shops in BD. The way you think you can talk to your customers, you shouldn’t be working with the public. I simply wanted to purchase 6 cherry dilly bars, as I was instructed to come back the night before, as you were out then also. Instead of apologizing you come to the window and TRY to belittle me. Fortunately, my daughter was in the car, so I kept my comments to myself and just sat there and smiled at you as you stumbled all over trying to make excuses for your constant lack of product. Maybe you should get them from the factory, they can’t get much smaller than the ones you are making, so that wasn’t a threat. I won’t be doing business there again. I will also make sure to spread the word. Reading previous reviews, you apparently treat all of your potential customers this way. I truly hope that Blue Boy reopening will give you and your partner a reality check. The worst part of this, your location wasn’t busy….. you opened at 2…. So the earliest you went in was 12pm and that I’m even doubting. So that attitude and ugliness you give to your customers is just your personality. Pretty horrible if...

I recently visited the Dairy Queen in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a Blizzard of cheesecake, but I was given a completely different product instead. When I brought the mistake to the attention of the staff, I expected them to rectify the situation by exchanging it for the correct item. However, to my surprise, I was told that I had to pay for the product again in order to obtain what I had initially ordered. This was highly frustrating, as it meant that I ended up paying twice for the same item.
The lack of willingness to resolve the mistake without additional charges was a letdown. As a customer, I believe that when an error is made on the part of the establishment, the responsibility should lie with them to correct it without any extra cost to the customer. It felt unfair and unjust to be asked to pay for their .
I have always been a fan of Dairy Queen and have visited many of their branches before, but this particular experience has left me quite dissatisfied. I hope that the management takes note of this incident and takes steps to ensure that such mistakes are handled more efficiently in the future, without burdening the customers with...
Read moreMy order was simple: three chili dogs, one a meal and a regular hot dog meal plain and both meals had a chocolate dilly bar. It was extremely annoying that for some reason the young man could not understand my order, but that does happen, I guess. While waiting for my order I was treated to quite a show as the "young man" working there air humped two female employees from behind. Overall, the employees were very unprofessional. The first food items I received were my dilly bars. Then, I waited right at 20 minutes for my food, mind you no one was in front of me and the window was not busy. I drove 4 blocks to my house only to find that it took them 20 minutes to make cold hot dogs and barely warm chili. I only had 2 meals, but somehow ended up with 5 bags of chips. I don't know about this place at all. This is the second crappy experience I have had here and this one was just awful. I know it's fast food, but...
