Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Beaver Dam

I totally support our local businesses and the owner of this DQ is a great person. Sad part is today 4-1-2024 I had to repeat my order 4x and yes my truck was shut off. Finally the manager on duty stepped in and said may I help you. I then ended up placing my order 2 more times because she was unable to get it correct also. When we finally got to the window I paid for the food. The young lady who is red headed handed us our food and 2 of the 3 drinks. I told the young lady she forgot 1 of our drinks that I had repeated 5x at this time. She plainly said have a nice day and literally slammed the drive through window. Well I sat there maybe 10secs and she returned. I said you forgot our 3rd drink which was a medium Pepsi. At that point the manager returned again and said what's the issue. I then proceeded to tell her that 3 drinks that was told to them 6x were ordered and we only received 2. She informed me that I'd need to pay for the drink that they missed numerous times. As I stated in the beginning, the owner is a great guy and I've always loved going to this Dairy Queen but today left a really bad taste in my mouth not only with 1 rude employee but 2 and one was the manager. Hopefully soon this may be corrected and nobody else has to deal with the rudeness I went through. I do understand people having an off day but this was flat out rudeness at...

I'm a truck driver and I had the chance to get a quick bite to eat with my family before my next load (I live local) Bought our food which was a good experience but then went to get ice cream and waited 30 minutes and never received them. The kids there were too busy talking amongst themselves to actually do their jobs. 5 minutes after I ordered our ice cream a group of 4 teens came in and ordered ice cream as well and they immediately got theirs. I went to ask for a refund and was told they already made the ice cream but It must have been given to the wrong customer....my family was the only customers in the restaurant before the teens came in and there was no one in the drive through....the teen at the counter tried to say she couldn't issue a refund that she would just remake them but I explained I was already late getting back to work and just wanted the money back and leave....please correct this and at least put an adult there as a manager to help out instead of just having all high school...

We went after a football game, employees were too busy to help, or take orders inside, guessing the manager was explaining to a friend what a funeral was (great discussion to have at the front counter) even though he was discussing that, he acted like he could careless the line inside was to the door, no one else would take orders at the counter. Finally after waiting close to 10 min to order we go to order and was told they were out if certain sodas, but they seemed to work when we went to get soda. Got our food, the gravy that came with the chicken baskets was basically the consistency of milk with pepper in it, it wasn't gravy at all. Fries were cold, play is being ran like a joke. Tried to get a lid for my drink they were out at the drink machine, the girls at the drive thru were way too busy with their friends in the drive thru to even...
