Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Beaver Falls

UPDATE: today ( the day after the incident) the general manager,Joe called me and apologized for what had happened, and informed me that whom ever it was that answered the phone and hung up on us is going to get reprimanded, and even offered us some stuff for the inconveniences. All in all i am 100% happy with how the situation was handled. my family LOVED papa johns, it was a weekly thing for us to get pizza from here if not more. have never had a bad experience until tonight. ordered it on the app, with an estimated delivery time of 6:32. at 7:00 after not receiving our pizza yet we called to see when it'd be here, got told "well we're busy, so if you wanted it right away you should have picked it up" 'click' so to say the least we wont be ordering...

I haven’t ordered from here in awhile (for good reason) but I decided to give them another try. The driver was rude. She called me and said she was not required to bring my order to my door. I’m assuming since I live on the 3rd floor. I have never been told that…ever. So I went downstairs and she said “sorry I don’t do elevators” I said well there is no elevator she then said well everyone else comes downstairs that lives here. Unnecessary. Especially since I just had surgery. The buffalo chicken pizza was drenched in sauce. Like all the toppings slid off and dough was dripping. I usually have an OK experience with this location however for the second time I am so blessed to encounter two very blatantly disgusting employees the online app told me one thing and I called the store to clarify and the employee has the nerve to tell me the tracker that they installed for customers to use to know the status of your order ...aren't accurate .??? It's always the night crew that has the dirty filthy attitudes The other time in question I ordered 32 wings they gave me one courtesy cup of sauce and expected for me to purchase the rest of it..1 for 32 wings ?? I would've appreciated at least three maybe two but one was in upmost disrespect and that was not courteous...
