Can you tell I love...

I'm.obsessed with my white plates!!!!! First of all, I appreciate they were made by hand. Secondly, they make my food look beautiful. Third, they feel really good in my hands. And fourtn, one of the tools I teach to my nutrition clients is something called the “plate-it-method”, and these plates, while smaller than dinner plates, still hold a fantastic volume of food, for they are smaller than a dinner and larger than a salad plate. They also take up less space. I just can't stop photographing...

I took the intro to wheel class and couldn’t be more happy with both the instruction I received and how my pieces turned out. I have taken a pottery class before (15 years ago that focused on hand building) so I came into class as a wheel newbie. The instruction at Stray cat was more thorough than the place I trained at in the past and the pieces I made aren’t too bad! Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating and I can’t wait to continue learning...
