Subway — Restaurant in Beaver

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! We have been here a few times and had nothing but bad experiences. We tried to give them chance after chance and every time they are jerks. the place was a disaster. Their bane was disgusting and is NEVER tidy. My kids ran in to order their sandwiches. Two of my teens and I work at subway in a different town. My youngest is nine and he knows exactly how to order because he goes to the one we work at so much. The girl, Sidney, was helping them. She did t know how to build the sandwich they ordered. It is literally on the menu #16. Maybe she was new? So my kids kept ordering. My son wanted a blt and she put bacon that had been sitting on their cutting board for god knows how long, on it and he asked for it toasted. It comes with chess so he asked to get some cheese and she threw her hands In the air and yelled WHAT KIND??!! There is more as it goes on while they build their sandwiches but it’s too much to type. If you seriously can’t handle making sandwiches, you should probably not work at subway. I understand having a bad day but you DO NOT take it out on your customers, especially CHILDREN. If your customer is a jackass? Okay… I understand the frustration. I know my children were polite and patient with her and she was just….awful. My kids came back out and my teen and some were in tears because of how rude Sidney was. I went back in and just got my money back because I’m not going to support a place who hires and puts up with that kind of behavior. Never again. Never ever again will I be going to this subway. I hope this girl was just having a bad day and she doesn’t treat other customers like this. It is unacceptable....

Pretty disappointed, used the app to order for curbside pick-up, waited outside in the pick up location for 15 minutes for the app to select the “I’m here” portion even tho it said it was ready to be picked up. Then the girl with our food, walked to the door, looked at our car, and put it back in the take out spot. I walked in after seeing that subway had cancelled my pick up. It was sitting in the take out area. I picked up the receipt to see if there was a problem with the app, and to my surprise it said stated in bold letters, “SEDAN”, “WHITE”, and “CURBSIDE”. All the while the employees are laughing loudly without a care in the world. No worries tho right!? It happens. Well we start to eat our food and realize that they forgot the salt and pepper on both the sandwiches, didn’t even cook the bacon, and forgot the...

We had subway after waiting for hours. when we entered the store was so untidy that can’t be explain in words. All the guys were busy eating themselves paying no much attention to who is coming who is not. When we started ordering, the guy was eating french fries. He didn’t even wash his hand and started taking our order. After we finished ordering, the guy rang the order and sat beside neither giving us any instructions about our order and nor put the order in the bag. We were waiting at the register and then the guy came and suddenly asked us that your subway is lying over here. No bags were asked in which we can put subway.
