I'm a food delivery driver. This review is based solely on they're ability to use a food delivery service properly. I have never eaten here. Now probably never will because of there rude young 20 something employees. So now the story we receive a order to pick up and deliver one gyro let me stress that one gyro. The order came in at 7:56 pm with a pick up time of 8:58 pm. I arrive at the restaurant at 8:18 pm having come all the way from Springboro. As I'm pulling in my delivery platform calls to ask where I'm at. A little confused by the call I let them know I'm in front of the restaurant had literally just pulled up. No big deal right. Well then I get in the restaurant and the child manager informs me that the one gyro is getting cold. Now granted this place at this point closes in 30 minutes and they're is no one in there what so over. So I politely inform the child manager that maybe you should not make your one gyro as soon as the order comes through since your not slammed and apparently have no way of keeping it warm. That as delivery drivers we would prefer to wait a few minutes for you to make your one gyro so it arrives to the customer as fresh as possible. Politely said have a good night took the food and delivered it. Making sure to inform the customer of the children working there with no adult supervision to ensure food is being prepared and served to the highest quality possible. My reason for sharing this with the customer is so I don't get a bad rating for the restaurant's lack of qualified food service people. Please train your...

I was in the Dayton area on the 3 of July of 2018 Heard some mixed reviews about this place walked in order our food sat down and and waited for food to be made they started to blast the music from the kitchen very loudly after about 10 minutes of this loud obnoxious music that was very unnecessarily loud I asked the lady at the counter can you please turn down the music some cause it’s very loud her reply was absolutely no problem five minutes later Music went back on even louder just to upset us r so we packed our food to go The young boy from the kitchen ran out after me with a very loud voice start yelling at me do you have a problem.!!! My reply was I don’t have a problem you just don’t understand we just want to have our food in peace I didn’t know this was a rave? I’m a 44-year-old man I was very polite and they completely crapped all over me,,, telling me not to come back if I didn’t like their loud music and my reply was simply I’m restaurant owner and you’re completely out of order I’m a customer and I will never come back here and you have a lot of nerve for actually chasing a customer outside of your business to make a point you’re very unprofessional and very rude,,, bottom line lots of kids are running this place with no people skills at all and basically when you come into the restaurant you’re disturbing them with their friends and their music !!!save...

I was in a few weeks ago on a Sunday to order carryout. When my son and I walked in there was a gentleman who had walked in right before us and the three of us just stood there until one of the employees finally came out of the backroom. He took the man's order and then we ordered and the guy said we don't have all the ingredients to make that you will have to choose something else, so we ordered a couple of gyros and a Chicago style dog. We sat down to wait and it was 5:30pm and two other customers were turned away because the guy told them they were closed but clearly on the sign it said OPEN till at 6PM. So we sat and waited for the food, there was a young couple in there also with their small child waiting on their food to dine in. They had waited quite a long time for their food and the employee started bring out food randomly in plastic carry out containers and said they could eat them out of there because they had already washed all the baskets and we're not going to stay late!!!! I have been there several times and enjoyed their food being a native to Chicago and love gyros and Italian beef similar to a Portello's!!! I was very disappointed in the cold greasy fries to the...

The Chicago style food is legit. The Hot Dog had the snap which is a must with Chicago style Dogs. Best thing is I asked for Ketchup on it and got a dirty look. Of course I was just kidding. That was the test. I noticed they had Italian Beef however the menu didn’t mention Hot Giardinera. I asked if they had it sure did! Nothing ever has the perfect amount of burn and flavor but Hot Giardinera does. Fries were great too. The only negative thing I have to say is only finding out about this joint a year and a half after moving here. Try this place out and you’ll like. But, for the love of all that is holy don’t ask for Ketchup on your Hot Dog. Signed an Illinois native 😁

Awesome food !!! I really like this place. Burgers, hotdogs, gyros, and fries of all types. If it's not on the menu, they will make it to your liking. Counter service ordering, but they bring it out to you when it's done. An Italian sausage, a chili cheese hot dog, Philly style gyro, colby bacon cheese fries, bacon cheeseburger with fries, and 3 drinks was $40. The parking can get limited due to this business being located in a strip mall. On weekends it's easy to find a parking spot, during the week it can get kind of hard. The folks taking my order were polite and easy - going. The food was hot , fast, and fresh. The seating area was clean.

While it's not quite an authentic Chicago experience (The floors are clean and you can hear each other), the food is amazing. The polish sausage dog was a fantastic blend of flavors. The Gyro is really good and you need a second pita for all the meat. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. All that makes this a must visit eatery, but if for no other reason, the Opa Pita is a slice of heaven. I took my first bite and had a religious moment and once I returned to this world, I couldn't stop eating. Overall, I highly recommend eating here.
