Cranky B4 Coffee — Restaurant in Beaverton

We all have bad days. But don’t take it out on your customers. I ordered a large salted caramel breve, hot, extra sweet. I waited in line for 10 min while the 2 girls fixed drinks for a different person on the other side of the shop, that they had messed up. That’s fine. I don’t mind waiting. But then they handed me my drink and it was iced. I told them I was sorry but that my drink was supposed to be hot. The girl said absolutely nothing, glared at me, then took the drink back and proceeded to whisper to the other girl about me, as if I had done something wrong. I finally got my drink but it wasn’t salted caramel and it wasn’t sweet. It just tastes like milk. I didn’t say anything even though at this point, I was pretty upset for how I was treated. They ended up giving me a punch card with a free drink for the “long wait,”, but it’s not about the wait. It’s about the way I was treated. Don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon, despite it being the closest coffee shop to my house. I’d risk a bad drink and a long wait time at Starbucks or Black Rock, if it means being...

Great service, great coffee and better signage now that I can actually read with the new ownership. I never got food before bc I couldn't tell what was offered! If the food is from Costco, I dont mind. I love costco lol and they cant have a kitchen in that place so what do people expect? Starting a new business from a previous owner and changing something that was known in the area before is hard, but this is still a small, local business that is doing their best and everyone locally should be supporting them even if we frequented this location when it was owned by the previous owners. Great job you guys and kudos for being brave and bold by starting a new business! I don't have the guts or passion for entrepreneurship, but I admire it and want to encourage you to keep doing what you love regardless of people who are cranky...

Very sad and don’t know what happened to coffee addicts or why they sold, but the new owner said they are going to repaint, but it looks amazing how it is. I love the color already. When I went there they had a picture/sign hanging that said something about coffee giving you energy and a reason to act stupid, I don’t remember it word for word, but I remember it upset me cause I always went to this place with my kid and he doesn’t need to be learning/repeating the word stupid at his age. And a friend of mine told me that they recognize the new owners, as they always shop at Costco and they buy all their pastries there and just resale them at higher price. Very disappointed since this location used to be my favorite place, but guess it’s time to move on and find a new one that’s more kid...
