Pizza Primo — Restaurant in Bedford Township

I have a very honest review of this place. I wanted to try this pizza buffet for a while and finally took the drive. Upon walking in we were trying to figure out where the buffet was at. Then I realized there were a couple pizzas out to choose from. They offered to make us a pizza of our choice which was definitely awesome.

The dough is a little on the tougher side with a bit of a crispiness to it. Not bad pizza at all but not full of flavor either. Parmesan and red pepper flakes would be a great touch at each table. Not much of a buffet to choose from. I was expecting a salad bar (which there was and also was very fresh), a variety of pizzas to choose from, maybe some chicken wings, etc. The variety of items was very limited. Price was great and fair for what was offered, and even included drinks.

The worst part of the experience was the interior esthetics. It looked very worn and thrown together. Upon entering it looks as if the floor has white paint on it, but it is actually just VERY worn. One of the backings on the booths was ripped with fabric hanging, the walls and doors were very poorly painted, one of the doors to the kitchen looked like someone kicked in the bottom corner, and the bathroom was not clean. The garbage can had a lid which looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. There are lots of movie poster/pictures which I couldn’t understand how it tied in with the theme of the place. Don’t get me wrong the food was decent and the workers were pleasant, but this place is in DIRE NEED of a makeover. This is one of those places that needs to be on kitchen nightmares and revamped. I even take back that one star but I had to put that for my review I walked up there with my two three year old boys I live right around the corner they told me I could not get juice from the pop machine that I could only get carbonated beverages out of the cooler and that I could not eat my pizza there I had to get it to go even though the restaurant was still open for another hour so they offered to give me my pizza to go but I can't really walk with a pizza into three year olds I called to complain and was on hold for over 6 minutes and had to hang up and call back where I was treated even more rudely will definitely never eat at this place ever and do not suggest it they said they couldn't turn on the pop machine for me and serve me because they were closing the dining area when the dining area is open till 10 sad that I had to receive such bad service at a restaurant around the corner from me definitely a zero for customer service I don't suggest...

I absolutely love the idea of a pizza buffet!! I used to go to the Pizza Hut buffet as a little girl and I miss it being around. About 6 years ago we were introduced to this place. We were there for a football gathering.

I have a big family and it is really hard deciding on pizza for everyone without buying multiple different pizzas. With the pizza buffet I can bring the family and we could all pick a pizza if we wanted to.

The staff is friendly, pizza is great, nice, clean atmosphere and the price is very fair. $12 for pizza, salad and a drink. I brought the whole family and we all enjoyed the food. All their pizza is good!!

I told my family I was nervous to write a review and send them business because then it might get too busy and the price will have to go up. But they deserve it!! Hidden Gem.
