Best servers ever! Between the morning crew and night crew they have this place spot on.. my only concern is with Jessica gone I hope neck will keep the crew Jessica built. Everyone in this place is awesome. Besides who names there kid neck? I’ll have a number 5 with extra fry’s and a Diet Coke because I am watching my weight. The simplest requests go completely ignored here. It's not the first time that I've specifically requested "very little ice" in my drink. This time I even insured I was further understood by saying "literally, almost no ice please." What did I get? You got it! Ice above the #2 line (cup essentially full), with a label that says "less ice". I get that this is not a custom coffee shop, but come on! There are literally five Dunkin' donuts within 2 miles of this place. If you want to throw caution to the wind and hope you get some of what you ask for, come here. Don't expect a smooth experience at this location. There is always a long line of people waiting on orders. I've seen countless folks walk out after being ignored for 10+ mins. There's a 50/50 chance(I'm being generous) that your order will be done correctly. I had an issue where they did not provide the food I ordered and after an app chat, several emails and way too much wasted time they refused to resolve the issue properly (USD back for USD paid), all for 6 measly bucks after years of repeat orders. Avoid at all costs, just go to the DD near the Bedford PD station.
