Frosty Trete — Restaurant in Bedford

My family and I have always loved frosty, so this Mother’s Day my girlfriend and I took my mom there as a surprise. Being mother’s day, there was a good sized crowd, but from my experience frosty has always been very efficient with their orders. This was not the case today. The service we got today was ridiculous. We ordered 3 shakes, with 3 meals, one being to-go. 2 of our shakes being ready 15 minutes later, but the 3rd shake not coming for another 45 minutes. We thought the food would be close behind since it had already been 45 minutes, but we ended up waiting another hour in the heat to get our food. When we got our food we quickly realized that all of our food except our to-go food was cold. So we sat there, ate our cold burgers, and left. Was looking for a short motorcycle ride & a cheeseburger…so the wife & i cruised the bike down to Bedford to the Frosty Trete. I had a water, cheeseburger & fries, wifey had a pepsi, the chicken strips & fries. Then we shared an icecream cone. Spent $16 & all of it was great. Food came fast & HOT, & the ice cream was awesome. They’ve got so much to choose from, you could have something different everytime. We’ll go back for sure. Only negative is they only accept cash or check. It’d be more convient if they accepted debit/credit cards, but its not a big deal. We placed an order for chicken strip baskets. Waited 30 minutes went up and inquired about the order. Young lady working said it would be a few short minutes more. Waited 15 more minutes and once again asked about the order. The young boy said 10 more minutes. So a HOUR to get two CHICKEN STRIP BASKETS!!! I got my money back and will NEVER go back!!
