La Trattoria Pizzeria & Ristorante — Restaurant in Belchertown

We have been loyal customers for years but have seen a decline in their pizza recently. I understand food prices have gone up and businesses need to do what they can to stay afloat, but when the pizzas come with almost no cheese on them, that is not ok. We generally always order at least two pizzas, often times more, but always one without cheese, so today we asked if it would be possible to add the cheese we omit off one pizza to be added to the other, just to bring it back to a normal amount.We were told they would have to charge us for extra cheese! We declined and received our pizza once again with minimal cheese in the middle and the entire perimeter had cheese on maybe 1/3 of each slice, some with literally a few shreds of cheese on them. What happened to there being a layer of cheese on your entire pizza instead of a layer of sauce and toppings with a sprinkle of mozzarella over the top. Very...

Been going here since they opened. This is that real flavorful authentic type of pizza. So if your used to dominoes than go see what your missing

Update. Place has went to hell swiftly. The same food I have been ordering for years has now for the last 6 or 7 times been burnt. The pizza toppings and sauce dont even make it to the edge of the crust. Almost impossible to get em on the phone. Look, I understand there is a pandemic going on but that is no excuse for bad quality.
