Just spent a grand total of about fifteen minutes here for dinner tonight. Not because of exceptionally fast service. Or a to go order. Me and my daughters have been regulars of this place for quite a while, and today is probably our last visit. My daughter got the hot dog as is usual for her as she won't eat any thing in general that could be "spicy". I had the steak fajitas, when the plate was brought out I couldn't see any meat at all just bell peppers and onions. I then dug out the 7 maybe 8 strips of meat total (if you put the all of the little burnt piece together). I then showed the server my plate and asked if this was normal, even though I've had this before with way more meat, instead of a "I'll get that fixed for ya" or an "I'll go talk to the kitchen or manager" I got a "sadly yes, the meat is all pre weighed out, there's nothing I can do." I replied with "this is ridiculous" and she shuffled off to the next table. I ate my two tiny fajitas in about 6 mins and than ate my rice, waited for my daughter to finish her hot dog and asked for the check. The server than says "you know what I can do for you is knock 50% off your bill" I said "im good" she than Wandered off and came back with 50% off my bill because her "manager insisted" probably after seeing me eat my entire "meal" In 3-6 mins. I then tipped her 10 dollara because if its gotten this bad apparently they need it more than i do, if by weight i can have 2 fajitas worth of meat. They have vegetarian fajitas which I did not order for a reason there was enough bell peppers and onions left over even with me eating my little meat fajitas and big servings of bell pepper and onions that I could have more 4 or 5 more fajitas with just veggies. Will sadly be the last time we visit, so much for having a go to...
Read moreNEVER AGAIN. The only positive thing I can say is that to start our evening, we were seated quickly and our server started out semi attentive in the beginning and was nice. We started with some chips and salsa while we waited for the rest of our party to show up. The salsa was bland and one was really soupy. This should have been our first warning. I ordered the chimichanga and it was disgusting. It came with a strange watered down tomato sauce which was not mentioned in any description. The chicken was flavorless, dry and extremely chewy. Another member of our party ordered the taquitos and they were so over cooked that only the very center had semi edible meat. The rest was just charred strands of meat. I also say semi edible because the meat was so chewy and flavorless. The rice and beans were flavorless and it left much to be desired. The sour cream was more of a cottage cheese consistency, I honestly don’t think I have ever seen such lumpy sour cream. We would have mentioned all of this to our server but he did not stop back to our table for 25+ minutes after the food was delivered. At that point we just requested the check and essentially wasted our money on inedible food. If you like expensive meals with bland flavors and less than average service then this would be your place. Oh, it is also worth mentioning that their menu states only the first order of chips and salsa is on the house. They also only allow 1 refill on all soda. Honestly I think you can get better tasting food...
Read moreSince moving to Bozeman a few months ago, we’ve asked random people while waiting in line at gas stations, employees at the Mall, cashiers, dental office staff, & anyone else we happened to come into contact with, about Mexican restaurants here. You can count on one hand the Mexican food options in the area, and that’s including the Mall Food Court & food truck. We were told over and over that there just isn’t any GOOD Mexican restaurants here. We went ahead & tried Fiesta Méxicana (in both Bozeman & Belgrade), and were super impressed! We’ve eaten at both locations numerous times now & have left happy every single time. The queso is on point, guacamole is fresh, cheese enchiladas are perfect (we always have them add onion into the cheese), fajitas are a fav (especially if stopping by Monday thru Friday for the lunch price), & their Micheladas are perfection (I ask for the Clamato in a separate glass on the side so I can mix it exactly how I like it). If you’re ordering bottled beer, be sure to ask for a cold glass (the glasses are SO cold, your beer will form a thin layer of ice on top when you pour it in... YES, please😍). Dinner entrees are more than enough for 2 people to split, which we’ve done a time or two, but the leftovers are almost as good the next day (so we usually order 2 entrees & have 2 to go boxes full for lunch the next day). Oh, and service has been above and beyond every single time we’ve been to this location. 100% recommend👍🏼 & we’ll continue to return...
