We moved to town a year ago and I have been on the hunt for a great burger since. There's some places that do a good burger in town, but I was looking for a big, juicy pub burger. Finally! I've found it. It was cooked perfectly based on what I asked for (medium rare), juicy, with a soft brioche bun. And whatever seasoning they put on these fries I swear I'd put on everything I eat. Belle’s Bistro is a wonderful family-owned restaurant that really knows their way around seafood with Latin flair. You can tell this place has serious culinary experience behind it.

I had the walleye with citrus rice and asparagus - perfectly cooked fish with great Latin-inspired flavors. The tres leches cake with berries was authentic and delicious. Everything tasted fresh and expertly prepared.

What a lucky find during our weekend stay in Jordan. Newly opened, family-owned bistro that takes pride in their cooking. A great blend of American and Latin flavors. Enjoyed my scallops with the sides of green beans and yuka/plantain grilled cakes. Great mix of flavors. My date enjoyed her perfectly cooked filet too.
