I promise this Has to be the laziest pizza place I ever seen. Employees are the worst. Called for a pick up order because I know better than to ask for delivery I’ll get the same excuse I always get “It will be a minimum of 2 hours” today I called and was immediately asked to hold on, I wondered why the phone went silent (he hung up on me) I called right back he picked up and hung up again (after listening to the annoying recording for 3 minutes he hung up on me) called 3 more times back to back and the exact same thing. So I said maybe the phone is broken. I called again and was asked to hold, after 9 minutes on hold I said let me drive around here so I can let the manager know what’s going on, all while I was still on hold.
I get inside and Low and Behold not a single customer in the store, two women at the window and a man standing next to drive thru and they are all laughing and joking. All phones was on the Hook and all lights lit up on the phone.
Keep in mind I’m still on hold so I ask the women “Can I ask a question” they said we ain’t taking No Carry out orders for the next hour, we out of Change.
I said well I have debit and I got a reply that they still ain’t taking orders till they have change. I was so pissed because all they had to do from the beginning was answer the phone and say “Sorry we are having Technical Difficulties and can’t take Any orders”
But once again they are too lazy to do that, and I guess that would be too much like right. This store once upon a time had a Manager that cared, its shot to Hell Now with Ractchet, and Lazy employees.

Read moreThis was the worst experience at this location, which is not the first. They can’t seem to get things right which is why I finally had to speak out. The order was placed on line for pick-up at 6:27 PM, indicating Marcus was preparing the order and would be ready by 7:19 PM. Get there to pick up the order, it wasn't ready, they had not even started the order and said it would be much more time while the staff is arguing with each other about who gave away orders to the wrong customers. They said to come back it would be a "minute" with no actual time frame. I called, waited many minutes on hold waiting to get someone to ask them to issue a credit, after a lot of back and forth, the manager, Marcus who told the very rude lady that answered the phone to tell me he was too busy, finally came to the phone said he issued the credit after the lady said it would take 3-5 days to issue a credit and I would have to check back in a few days to request it. Not only did he not issue the credit as he said he did, he charged my account twice, still no pizza order or credit. Someone really need to get the staff in order, they have no regard for customers. Through all of this I never heard them say, I apologize for the inconvenience. They just hung up. Please don't ask for reviews unless you plan to act on them for improvement. Read moreThis location is absolute trash! Would recommend it be closed IMMEDIATELY. I ordered a carry out pizza Friday night at 1114pm. The alert said my p pizza would be done in 10 minutes. I drive up, waited an hour in a line full of cars at the pickup window. At 1230am I got out of my car, knocked on the window to check on my food. I was told they closed at 12. I told him my food was done at 1130pm. He looked on the track and handed me my pizza that had been sitting there at least 45 minutes. Today, almost a week later, I placed a delivery order at 915pm. The tracker showed the driver left the store at 950pm. It showed her going to another delivery then coming to me in 11 minutes. When I checked in 15 minutes it said my order was completed but nothing was delivered. I drove to the store and was advised they had 1 driver delivering. I said that doesn't excuse that the app shows my order out for delivery and completed. The driver came back and said my order was next to go out and had not left the store. I requested a refund before the driver had come back. Once she was back I asked for my pizza. The young lady who rolled her eyes at me when I knocked on the window and made me wait until she was ready to help me, was the one who said the driver was still out.
