I seriously am in love with this plane! The food is amazing. Always fresh, made to order and have crafted with love. Corny, I know. But you can just tell that the cooks not only know what they're doing, but they enjoy it as still. I'm always seeing them bringing it fresh intestines. I have worked at restaurants all my life. And, while it's much easier to prep each days ingredients every morning, there's just nothing quite like grabbing a whole pepper and just enough cheese etc for a Philly cheese steak made to order. Everything on the menu is amazing. I live within 5 minutes walking distance from this location. The staff are great. They are all so friendly, have great senses of humor and you can just tell that they really know and love what they're doing. As strange as this may sound, coming here to eat is the highlight of my weeks. Earlier today I just ordered a Philly cheese steak, and it was such the perfect amount that I only had to eat half at first and then just about half an hour and I ate the other half. I observed the two ladies that work at the front eating food and one of them was touching their hair. My issue with this is that they are supposed to put the seasoning on the food and close up the good to bag them. This is very unsanitary I ask the young lady if she could please wash her hands before she put the seasoning on my food and she did. However she had a very noticeable attitude about the matter, and it was pointless because right afterwards she touch her hair again. This is a really big issues for seeing I have worked in infection control. The Quality of the food is very good this is my third time since it’s open, but I have decided not to return, I work long and hard hours for my income and I shouldn’t have to remind a worker nor receive a attitude because I want the some care for my food as I’m sure she would want. I did a call in order the day after Thanksgiving for 30 wings and ask them can I please be fresh and they gave me old wings most likely wings that they had that they had on Thanksgiving but didn’t get a lot of business. The wings were black old looking and I went at 11 o’clock in the morning and this is how my wings looked and when I called the owner told me oh they were fresh you can come and look at the camera, no they were not fresh and it’s horrible that he can lie in your face, everybody is just about a dollar that’s it.
