El Jacal — Restaurant in Belleville

We have alot of choices for Mexican food here in the Belleville area and my family has eaten at them all! This place is something special though. Great selection on the menu, portions are generous, the staff is friendly and attentive. House salsa may be the best in the area and the queso dip is my current favorite! I went with the steak fajitas on my 1st visit and I was not disappointed. Came out sizzling and was cooked perfectly and was well seasoned. My son went with street tacos and said they were delicious as well. The 3rd member of our party went with a combo that included a Chile relleno, taco and an enchilada. This restaraunt has a great lunch menu and their food was amazing! We ordered all of our favorites to try on our first visit. The street tacos are authentic and delicious! The chili relleno lunch special was huge and tasted great! We also got a a beef tamale and a cheese enchilada with green sauce, both of which were delicious!
