Montes Taqueria — Restaurant in Bellevue

Currently trying to find the best chips and salsa, lime margaritas and steak tacos, which are then graded on a scale of 1-5. When my child is with they rate the chicken tacos. This is our 19th stop during our taco tour.

The meat was very lime-y but good

Chicken was chunked chicken, not shredded like most places. The chicken was delicious and very close to being as good as our current #1 spot.

Service - 4 - just us in the restaurant and we had to wait a very long time to be able to pay.

Favorite taco shop so far! I’m from California and these tacos are the closest to the taste from home! I’d love to see this taco shop thrive because the food is actually delicious, authentic, and the Salsa is amazing (Spicy as it should be) .Also, the only taco shop that hasn’t gave me the runs the next day. I love to order the asada burrito and add shrimp, tastes like the surf N Turf burritos from California! So bomb! I’d only wish this tacos shop would add more cali like dishes such as ( carne asada fries, rolled tacos with guac, fries inside the burritos ) anyway aside from food being great, I feel like this taco shop needs some updating inside (tacos and beer is perfect) but the decor...

We decided to try out a new place and picked them based on their rating here. We were extremely impressed! Customer service was impeccable, fast, warm, courteous and friendly. Menu is short and easy to understand. Everything was well defined also. I ordered the chicken quesadilla American style. It was so good and huge! The chicken was really tender, juicy and packed with flavor. Best ive had at least in this area. My husband ordered the beef tacos. He said he was surprised to see they had used shredded Muenster which was a great idea because it tasted awesome. He also recommended getting avacodo if you like it. Overall we both highly recommend...
