Today Sat 8/26/23 We Had The Most HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER FROM THIS JACK IN THE BOX. When order was placed, we specifically requested that EVERYTHING be made FRESH. IT WAS NOT!!!!! NOTHING WAS FRESH!!!! I called and spoke with person in charge "Mary". Mary was VERY RUDE ARGUMENTIVE. I do not understand how she became Person in charge.I explained to her that I use to work for Jack in the box and I know Fresh when I see it. She wanted to tell me that she was the one who bagged the order The Wedge fries that was suppose to be FRESH & Crispy was leaning over to the side and WAS NOT HOT. The Taco shell was stale like it had been sitting NOT HOT. My husband said his burger was NOT HOT AT ALL.. and Crust around the buns were hard. That is NOT EXCEPTABLE. Today is Saturday. Mary advised me to come on Monday and talk with Martin about the situation. Although this place is closer to my home, if we ever want JITB again I think we will drive the extra miles and go to the one on Bellflower ( diagonal Bank of America). They. Always get it right. They listen to the customers request. paid all that money for LOUSEY FOOD. Uugh.
8/24/2021 My DRIVE THRU visit at Jack in the Box on Rosecrans & Woodruff in Bellflower, Ca. was AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING WAS FRESH & HOT just like I ordered it. "LEISA" was the BEST, Friendliest, Courteous, Person I have Ever Experienced at this location. I have been going here for over 12 years. Thank You LEISA. You delivered EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The old way. Tone of Service, greeted with Smile and Hello. SHE even Thanked me and told me to HAVE A NICE DAY. How about that. We do not hear that these days. Thanks Again LEISA....
Read moreHispanic lady working the drive thru at night has to be the most disrespectful employee I’ve dealt with. Not once but twice. She argues and talks back to you like she were a teenage girl who was brought on to the Maury show by her parents. Last night I asked for a second to look at the menu and she didn’t respond. As I was lurking the different menu options she comes on the speaker and says “Are you ready now or do you need another hour” at first I thought it was funny. So I giggled and then she said “You need to hurry up because I have a line behind you” that’s when I knew it was the same rude lady from my past visit. I told her that the people behind me had to wait just like I did and she said “I’m going on my break while you decide then” I didn’t bother arguing with her, I simply told her she should quit her job if she hates it so much. Then drove out of the line and across the street to Carls Jr. where the service was excellent btw. She’s always laughing and chitchatting with her coworkers “chismeando” and even texting why you sit at the window waiting for your food to be ready. Read moreShort lady when with badly applied purple lipstick was rude. I was missing multiple items from my order and politely asked her remake my iced coffee since it had no ice in it. She then yelled it’s not her fault (I never blamed her). She then proceeded to make my coffee and asked me if I wanted ice in it (ironic). She then said “why would I remake your coffee and you already drank it. The funny part is that I brought my two coffees in with the straws still in the plastic. So I did t drink my coffee. She was very argumentative and flat out incompetent and unable to comprehend what I was trying to explain to her. My French stick platter combos had no French toast sticks in it or sausage and they were arguing with me as if it was my fault that the order was incorrect. Take accountability and stop being so defensive and humble yourself. I wasn’t upset that the order was wrong. I was upset because they were rude and defensive and blamed me.
