Relaxed little taco truck, pick-up only, serving some of the best meat on a taco in the central Texas area. My partner and I drove up from Austin and honestly these tacos compete with many popular destinations there. The best doña sauce (green) I've ever had. We had the campechano, the pastor, barbacoa, carnitas, and chicharrones tacos. They were out of buche, I suspect because it was amazing. But what we did have was dank. Our very first time to try this food truck so we ordered three Carne Asada, one Carnitas taco, & one barbacoa. The carne asada was delicious, the carnitas was good, but a little dry, and the barbacoa was really good I was told. I looked at the menu for sides and they're really overpriced in my opinion. $3.00 for papa's? (Potatoes) no thanks. They have other high-priced menu items like the carne asada with potatoes & a Mexican burger. I might take a chance and give those a try. Overall...

Chuy’s hooked it up!! Best street tacos, rice, and beans I’ve had in a long time!!! I found it needing a bulk order of tacos for a birthday party when most trucks and restaurants were closed on Sunday. I called ahead the day before and they were working on it when I arrived the next day. This truck is a MUST.
