Subway — Restaurant in Bells

Don’t bother going to this Subway. Go to a different location. The two girls working behind the counter were incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Came in with a coupon that wasn’t expired and she claimed it was invalid despite the other Subway locations taking my coupons. When I asked her, “well why isn’t it taking it?” She immediately got defensive and an obvious attitude saying, “as if I’m supposed to know.” Both girls working behind the counter also looked dirty and overall unkempt. Wouldn’t recommend eating here because the customer service is horrid and having dirty looking workers is never good, probably a health hazard. Maybe they shouldn't hire a bunch of dingy, gross, and overall rude teenage girls and hire people who are more mature and don't take their anger out on customers that just asked a question. They also don't know how to properly cut vegetables leaving huge chunks of onion in sandwiches, allow people to cut the line, and give you horrible disgusting looks if you ask them to repeat themselves. The 3 women that work there are lazy and pettiful. They are the worse workers that I have ever seen. Asked for a 6 inch and a chopped salad. They don't do chopped salads anymore, so I said I will just get a 6". She started making another 6" and said I asked for it. I told her I didn't. The supervisor Shelia came out of back and asked me to leave because I only wanted a 6" and they wanted to sell me more than I wanted. I am ashamed to have workers like this in my community representing Bells. They really need better workers here. Called in the next day to speak to manager and it was Shelia. She said she wrote up the 2 new girls for the way they treated me and said that she wanted me leave because she needed to deal with the girls. This Subway is the worst place ever. The ONLY reason we go there is when we're short on time and we don't really want the other handful of restaurants in our small town. The dining area is always clean and neat. For some reason, your order is never made right. Doesn't matter if you order thru the app or go in to order. Trying to be respectful to the hungry people behind me, I just eat whatever they've made. Between ordering in or the app, the app is the worst!
