The SPOT Eatery — Restaurant in Bells

I've seen this place on the highway and passed it many times. I was looking for places to order from and saw this place so I checked out the menu and placed an order. I ordered the BLT with fries,(2)Steak Fajitas with sides, (3)Firecracker Shrimp, Fried Green Tomatoes and a Philly Cheesesteak sandwhich with fries, Chicken tender basket, sweet tea and a Mexican coca cola. The price came to be about $95 ,which is decent for our family order.

I ate The BLT and 1 of the firecracker shrimps and it was amazing. The BLT was loaded with bacon and it was a full sandwich and flavorful (not just 2 or 3 slices of bacon). The Firecracker Shrimp was a little spicy and had some cole slaw'ish base at the bottom. Comes with 5 good size shrimps and the cole slaw compliments the spicy shrimp. The steak fajitas were great per my wife and son and its a good quantity too. The fried green tomatoes have about 8 or so slices in container with sauce. The Philly Cheesesteak was huge and looked really good.

This was a pick up order and it was ready before I arrived (15 min or so). It wasn't crowded at the time and it was quiet. The staff was very friendly. For a big order like this ,I was for sure something would be missing but got home and everything was there with plenty of plastic ware, ketchup packets and so forth, neatly packed. The food was amazing and hit the spot. I rarely do a review but this was worth it. I listed my order and the cost for 5 adults , which is pretty good. All the tables the waitress said we could sit at were dirty. Even the booths and the floors around the tables. The waitress didn't know the menu, she couldnt tell us what the special was, didn't know if the mashed potatoes were fake or homemade, and didn't know if they had any lettuce other than iceburg (the cook had to come out of the kitchen to talk to us. We asked what the favorites were and she kept pointing out things on the dinner menu that we couldn't order from because it wasn't 5pm yet. The fries were overcooked and not seasoned at all. Ketchup bottle was extremely sticky. Obvious use of a microwave (you can hear it beeping). I ordered the pub burger and some of cheese was hot and some was so cold so that was microwaved. Me, hubby, and 2 kids decided to try for the first time this weekend. Our waitress in the beginning was great, but it was also time for her to leave before our food ever got to table. Our waitress that took over done nothing. She and another young girl just sat on phones at register the whole time. We were very impressed with the appetizer (loaded fries), the chicken sandwich was mostly overcooked batter with very little meat, and the chicken strip that the kids had were so overcooked that they weren't eaten.
