Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Bellville

Came in this afternoon around 230p. It was raining pretty hard. Most of the stalls were full around the building so I pulled in to the residual side, although I usually order ahead and pull through the drive thru. Son and I wanted to take our time. We decide so I pushed the red button. The lady who answered me was polite at first. Then I proceeded to say that I would like to order and before I could say my order...she proceeded to say, "I'm not going to serve you while you're in the rain." And then stopped talking to me. I was shocked!! So rude and very unprofessional. She could have handled the situation any number of ways. She could have said that she would be happy to take my order but, for safety reasons please come through the drive thru or pull in to a stall closest to the building. I would have completely understood...I order from sonic all most every single day and have never been treated this way. And as far as my order goes...I ordered 2 meals and 2 blasts. My blast was the reeses and I ordered and paid for extra reeses...and unfortunately there was no extra. Mostly ice cream. Very...

I would give less than one star but to write a review you can’t. One car was there in a parking space and one in the drive thru when we drove up. My husband pushed the button on the screen repeatedly and nothin after 5 minutes. We finally moved to another screen but no service so we moved again. Finally someone answered and she was in such a hurry you couldn’t understand her. The screen said the wrong item so he repeated what we wanted and again she repeated it so fast, we weren’t sure what she said again. I don’t know what her rush was because we were at that time the only people there. Of course when the order finally came out it had items wrong. We went with it just because it wasn’t worth the hassle. We go there occasionally because they’re the only game in town. They are consistent though. Always getting your order wrong and...

First of all guy that took my order cut me off before I was done ordering and gave me my total before I was done correcting my order then when I went up to the window, he repeated everything and took my card but after running it, he just stuck his hand out the window to hand me my card but was still talking and laughing to someone else in the kitchen. I finally get my food and I’m missing fries and my straws so I’m waiting at the window for him to come back and he’s talking to people in the kitchen again. I’m very disappointed! I’ve lived in Bellville all my life and have never had this much of an issue with...
