Read moreMy family and I visited around 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon and it was moderately busy. Definitely a novelty kind of establishment as I dont feel the need to return, but wouldn't object to another try at a later time.
Ordering: Walking in as a first-time patron is awkward. You'll probably miss the menus that are at the condiment bar and end up going to the front kitchen bar area to the left to order, which is wrong; we learned (after standing and waiting to be helped for a few mins) that you walk to the far, back right (where registers are 😅) to place your order and pick up from the left.
Service: From our experience, don't expect service with a smile, though it wasn't completely unfriendly. There was an incident with an extra patty that could've been handled better, but overall, it was OK service.
Food/beverages: I ordered the Belleville Zinger with a side of onion rings. The burger was bland, but a decent size patty and the onion rings were okay. Personally, the packet of ranch was rather unappealing. I did appreciate that sides were included with the burgers since many places do charge extra. Be aware that you'll be receiving a canned or bottled beverage as the only drink that will come in a cup is their self-serve tea, which wasn't flavorful at all -- sweet nor unsweetened.
Merchandise: Didn't buy anything, but they had a good...
Read moreThe food was actually really really good here. Fries are included with your order as well. The atmosphere was nice too. The service was fast, nothing at all wrong there. I have 6 complaints: 1.) The place is a little cramped. There’s only 9 tables and 6 of them are pushed together which makes only 6 tables. There are 6 tables outside on the deck. 2.) The bathroom was not the cleanest, however I’ve seen worse. You have to go outside into another building, which is only one step away, to go to the bathroom. 3.) Ordering was awkward. The door to get inside was far away from the register. And because it was cramped in the place everyone is looking at you when you come in and you don’t know where to go your first time because there’s no rhyme or reason for walking aisles. 4.) Theres no fountain drinks or cups. You’re buying bottle water or can sodas. 5.) The parking lot is small. You might have to park across the street. 6.) The menu is great but the menus are at the register. So if you don’t know what you’re getting before hand, you’re there standing at the counter trying to find out what is good to eat.
However the food was really good and I will...
