China Chef — Restaurant in Bellwood

So pissed! The food is good however… we had ordered online from bring me that. We called the restaurant four separate times to verify if they had received the order. Each time we were placed on hold or just told no. At this point, we were already charged for the food by bring me that. So we called to dispute it with the bank thinking it was a scam.I then reordered the food over the phone.

When I went to pick up the food they said there were two orders. I told the young girl that there was only one order and for the past hour we tried to verify if they got the first order because it was ordered online. She said “we don’t do orders online” and I asked “well then how did you get the first order!?” She had no answer. So the entire time they had received our first order. Well I paid for the second order because obviously I did place that over the phone. Then she said we owed for the first order. I then showed her the receipt and said “we paid online” and she said “we don’t take online payments”. Reluctantly I paid. I paid twice for one order.
