Dunkin' — Restaurant in Belmont

I am completely disgusted by the service I have been going to this location for almost a year and I have seen ants flies and even cockroaches and spiders on the donuts there is filth all over the counters tables and chairs and I pointed out the filth one time and the lady said well maybe if you were a bit nicer then we would clean it then gave us a dirty look they do a horrible job on making orders rights one time I ordered and sausage egg and cheese brexfast sandwich and they put 2 thin little pieces of bacon on my burnt sandwich another time I wanted to get the cosmic cotton candy coolatta and the lady said oh we don't do those any more as I just saw someone walk out with 2 of them so I asked for the cotton candy coolatta and she also said we don't make those anymore as some one just got handed one and they refused to make me a cotton candy coolatta so I simply do not recommend this location I can guarantee you will not be happy with...

If you go, go in the morning. I was just there last night (11/20 incase management sees this)..i was waited on by an older women who i had to repeat the order to quite a few times..ok maybe she was new so i thought nothing of it. I pull around and wait 10 minutes for two teas. First i see the woman making the teas and she made mine 3 times before putting it in a large cup instead of x large cup. The other, she left the ice tea tap running and it overflows all over the counter and the floor, in which she kept passing until her coworker turned it off. Then she gets to the window and i told her i wanted an xlarge tea, in which she said she can’t give me because i wanted lemon in it. I asked her to make sure i wasn’t being charged for it, in which the lady yelled in front of me and my passenger, “maam you are being charged for a large”..i have never been treated so poorly at this...

Today's visit wasn't one for the record books 😕 I waited 5 or 6 minutes before I was greeted. The sandwich maker came to take my order. She went back to preparing food, and I waited some more. My significant other came inside to see what the hold up was. I was the only customer inside- we skipped drive thru because we thought it would be quicker. Both ordered Iced coffee. Both received mostly warm (was hot) iced coffee which i know is the method but I've never had warm iced coffee right out the gate. There are maybe 10 to 15 cubes in my large cup. In another 10 minutes I wont have any ice. The flavor is decent but $12 for 2 large ice coffees and 2 donuts kind of sucks when the ice part was missed. I'm hoping this was a fluke because the girls are usually great. Step it up guys- customers will wait the extra minutes to have the correct...
