Jordan's Ice Creamery — Restaurant in Belmont

It pains me to make a poor review of Jordan’s as I’ve been going there since I was a little kid but something happened and they are just a shadow of what they used to be. They don’t have any cool or unique flavors anymore. The flavors are all run-of-the-mill now. Don’t get me wrong, they aren’t bad, but nothing to write home about in my opinion. The past few times we’ve gone they don’t even have soft serve. That’s probably the easiest ice cream you could have on your menu. It’s sad really because this place used to be the bomb....

Wanted peanut butter ice cream. It’s my staple flavor. I get it everywhere. I’ve never been to an ice creamery where a flavor called “PB cup” is plain sweet cream ice cream (not really even vanilla flavor) with peanut butter cups. It should be called “sweet cream with peanut butter cups” if that’s what it is. It is not “PB cup” ice cream if the ice cream does not have peanut butter in it, whether it also has chocolate or not. This small ice cream shop really packs a punch. It may not look like it would be that good but it is. I went here with my grandfather and thought it was very good. I got a regular and couldn't believe how big the thing was. I almost didn't finish it. I ordered a chocolate cookie dough ice cream. It was plentiful with cookie dough pieces. One thing is the price. Very very expensive. I could have made 20 cones with the money it cost to buy one. I would recommend this...
