The service was horrendous! The food is always good but when you have to wait over an hour for a hamburger and you were the first people in line that is absolutely unacceptable. People behind us kept leaving. The employee taking our order had no idea what was on the sandwich’s she says I don’t know …can you go ask …no I'm the only one here . How are you going to make the sandwich when you have no idea what is even on it? She said there is no diet pop at all I don’t know if that is true …and she said there was no malt vinegar but lo and behold there was which another employee found (even though she was reportedly alone) I was very disappointed and couldn’t believe the owner allows this to go on. He should have made it right but he didn’t. I really enjoy their food but I absolutely will not be back there if this is how he is going to allow his business to be ran. The young woman working the phone/register was very helpful. The pizza was made quickly. Overall, it was pretty decent with good helpings of sauce and cheese. The dough is on the puffier side which I haven't had in a while, but I liked it. The salad was kinda typical of pizza places: tomatoes and onions repurposed from the toppings bins and some chopped up iceberg lettuce. Can't really complain though, that's par for the course with pizza shops. I do not like having to place an order for 8.00 and paying 50 cents to use my debit card for an ice-cream a nd burger. It feels like a scam and double dipping. I do not carry coin and bills on me. This is the age of the Card. I won't be going back. Not serious about serving the public, but perhaps lining their pockets with the least bit of effort and customers needing to run up a bill to $8.50 to eat there, because their hungry. There is no noticeable sign indicating you need too spend 8.00 to use your card and charged. 50 for using it. Poor PR. Not a way to run a busness...
