Hardee’s — Restaurant in Belpre

My dad and mom said first thing they did when they went in to this Hardees recently was to restroom to wash their hands. They said both women's and mens looked like they haven't been cleaned in ages with crud built up on things like an old gas station restroom. The floors were sticky in there and everywhere else. They were so disgusted that they left without ordering. This recanting from my family who are around 70 years old reminds me of my negative experience there last year. I had never eaten here before, this one time I did I sat at the drive through order screen for at least 2 minutes!! Never had this happen before anywhere else. The woman was rude, and I could've overlooked this, but my food was horrible. Ordered two sandwiches, both were way overcooked, dry, and very plain. Looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on my coupons I used which had way more ingredients easily seen. I didn't have time or inclination for them to fix them at this location. I swung by Hardees on Pike Street South Parkersburg and showed the young women manager the sandwiches, asked her if that's the way they were supposed to be, she said no definitely not, she apologized and says they'd remake them for me the right way free of charge, she asked where I had gotten them and I told her. They tasted delicious from here and I was very grateful. I reported Belpre Hardee's to the district manager who also apologized and offered coupons. I advised of the great manager at Pike St who...

This restaurant has been in Belpre for quite a long time. I'm not exactly sure how. The only thing I used to love there were the curly fries. I had no idea that they had quit selling them. We stopped in there one day, I'd say mid day. I wasn't real happy that I couldn't have curly fries. That just goes to show you how many times I have ever ate there. So, I ordered the jalapeño poppers. Those are pretty darn hot so I ate 1. The food just was not good, that's my opinion. Now, it could of been just that batch but I didn't have a good experience that day. I seriously doubt that we will ever go back unless it's some type of an emergency. The staff were really nice though. I never see more than 2 or 3 vehicles in the parking lot when passing by. It's over priced for what it is. My daughter said that she liked her burrito but it wasn't one of her favorites either. I really don't enjoy giving 2 stars but I do have to in this...
